March, 2010
Frankenstein This month we induct Frankenstein into the Halloween Fun Time Hall of Fame. This 1931 version stars Boris Karloff and was directed by James Whale. A Universal film this movie had a budget of 291,000 US dollars. I do not think that enough people realize just how many great horror movies were made between 1920 and 1950. The 1930's certainly brought us some great monsters. This movie and story has been remade and told in different ways but, nothing beats the 1931 version.

_____________
Another March 2010 induction. This month we recommend the movie Haunted House. This movie stars Buster Keaton and Virginia Fox and it is a great movie to add to your collection. The run time on this movie is only 21 min but it is a great film. This movie was released Feb 10, 1921 and directed by Buster Keaton.

Feb, 2010
This month we recommend The Ghost and Mr. Chicken. This movie is a Universal Pictures movie and Stars Don Knotts. This movie has stood the test of time certainly one of the best in our collection. So as of Feb, 2010 this movie makes it into our Halloween Hall of Fame.

Don Knotts was great in this movie and it is a must see. Don plays a reporter so to speak who goes and spends the night in a Haunted House and that is where the true classic fun begins.
